Subject	Will these wheels & tires fit w/o problems?

Message	I'm still not 100% on the whole offset deal with width, etc etc, so it's easier to just post a quick one. My car is all stock with stock 16x7.5 with 225s right now. I'm looking at buying a set of Moda R6 18x9 with a 38 offset. The tires are 245/40/ZR18. Are 9" wheels going to stick out from the body of the car? Will there be any rubbing, etc. I appreciate everyone's help as usual.
